Terms and Conditions
1. Poskytovatel / Provider
CZ: Tyto podmínky upravují tetování, které provádí Michal Pavlík, podnikající pod jménem Kazisvet, IČO 09143092, místo podnikání K lánu 561, 160 00 Praha 6, Česká republika, e-mail theartofkazisvet@gmail.com, web kazisvet.com (dále „tatér“). Podmínky platí pro rezervace v Praze. Odesláním rezervace a zaškrtnutím souhlasu klient potvrzuje, že je přečetl a souhlasí s nimi. Pro rezervaci platí znění podmínek ke dni jejího odeslání.
EN: These terms govern tattoos provided by Michal Pavlík, trading as Kazisvet, company ID 09143092, registered business address K lánu 561/8, 16000 Praha 8, Czech Republic, e-mail theartofkazisvet@gmail.com, website kazisvet.com (the "artist"). They apply to bookings in Prague. By sending a booking and ticking the consent box, the client confirms they have read and accept them. Each booking is governed by the version in force on the day it was sent.
2. Rezervace a booking fee / Booking and booking fee
CZ:
Rezervace vznikne odesláním formuláře na kazisvet.com. Platnou se stane zaplacením rezervačního poplatku 1 000 Kč za každé sezení do 72 hodin od odeslání formuláře. Pokyny k platbě přijdou e-mailem. Nezaplacená rezervace se po 72 hodinách zruší.
Rezervační poplatek se odečte od konečné ceny tetování.
Přesunout nebo zrušit termín lze e-mailem nejpozději 72 hodin před jeho začátkem. V takovém případě se poplatek převede na nový termín, nebo na žádost vrátí.
Při zrušení nebo přesunu méně než 72 hodin před termínem, nebo když klient nepřijde, poplatek propadá jako náhrada za blokovaný čas. Nový termín vyžaduje nový poplatek.
Pokud termín zruší tatér, klient si vybere nový termín, nebo dostane poplatek zpět v plné výši.
EN:
A booking is made by sending the form on kazisvet.com. It becomes valid once the booking fee of 1,000 CZK per session is paid within 72 hours of sending the form. Payment instructions arrive by e-mail. Unpaid bookings are cancelled after 72 hours.
The booking fee is deducted from the final price of the tattoo.
You can reschedule or cancel by e-mail up to 72 hours before the appointment. The fee then moves to the new date, or is refunded on request.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before, or do not show up, the fee is kept as compensation for the reserved time. A new date requires a new fee.
If the artist cancels, you can choose a new date or get the fee back in full.
3. Cena a platba / Price and payment
CZ: Cena závisí na velikosti, složitosti a délce sezení; aktuální ceny jsou na kazisvet.com. Nový návrh podle nápadu klienta je zpoplatněn o 1 000 Kč navíc. Konečnou cenu tatér potvrdí před začátkem tetování; změna motivu nebo velikosti na místě může cenu změnit. Zbytek ceny se platí po sezení kartou, Apple Pay, Google Pay nebo hotově.
EN: The price depends on size, complexity, and session length; current prices are on kazisvet.com. A new drawing based on your own idea costs an extra 1,000 CZK. The artist confirms the final price before starting; changing the design or size on the day may change it. The rest of the price is paid after the session by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash.
4. Věk a totožnost / Age and ID
CZ: Tetuji pouze osoby starší 18 let, a to ani se souhlasem rodičů. Na sezení si přineste platný doklad totožnosti s fotografií. Bez něj nebo při pochybnosti o věku tetování neprovedu a poplatek propadá.
EN: I only tattoo people aged 18 or over, with no exceptions for parental consent. Bring a valid photo ID to your session. Without one, or if your age is in doubt, the tattoo will not go ahead and the fee is kept.
5. Zdravotní stav a informovaný souhlas / Health and informed consent
CZ:
Tetování je zásah do tělesné integrity. Provedu ho jen s vaším souhlasem, který dáte s vědomím o povaze zásahu a jeho možných následcích (§ 93 a 94 občanského zákoníku). Před sezením proto podepíšete formulář o zdravotním stavu a poučení.
Možná rizika: infekce, alergická reakce (červená barva je alergennější než černá), zarudnutí a otok, rozpití linky, jizvy, nerovnoměrné zhojení. Tetování je trvalé a jeho odstranění je náročné a nemusí být úplné.
Před sezením mi řekněte o nemoci, alergii nebo lécích, které mohou ovlivnit tetování nebo hojení (například poruchy srážlivosti, cukrovka, epilepsie, kožní onemocnění v místě tetování, léky na ředění krve).
Netetuji v těhotenství, pod vlivem alkoholu nebo drog, na spálenou nebo poraněnou kůži a krátce před operací či po ní. Pokud něco z toho platí a sdělíte mi to včas, termín bez poplatku přesuneme.
Když zjistím důvod, proč tetování není bezpečné, můžu ho odmítnout nebo přerušit.

A tattoo is an intervention in your bodily integrity. I only do it with your consent, given with an understanding of what it involves and its possible consequences (sections 93 and 94 of the Czech Civil Code). Before the session, you sign a health and consent form.
Possible risks: infection, allergic reaction (red ink is more allergenic than black), redness and swelling, line blowouts, scarring, uneven healing. A tattoo is permanent; removal is difficult and may not be complete.
Before the session, tell me about any condition, allergy, or medication that could affect the tattoo or healing (for example, bleeding disorders, diabetes, epilepsy, skin conditions at the spot, blood thinners).
I do not tattoo during pregnancy, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, on sunburnt or broken skin, or shortly before or after surgery. If any of this applies and you tell me in time, we move the date with no fee.
If I find a reason the tattoo would not be safe, I can refuse or stop it.
6. Hygiena, péče a korekce / Hygiene, aftercare and touch-ups
CZ: Používám sterilní jednorázové jehly a pomůcky a veganské barvy splňující nároky nařízení EU REACH. Provoz se řídí provozním řádem podle zákona o ochraně veřejného zdraví. Po sezení dostanete pokyny k péči o tetování. Korekce provedu zdarma do 2 měsíců od sezení, pokud jste o tetování pečovali podle pokynů. Vady způsobené nedodržením péče, sluncem nebo poraněním se opravují za běžnou cenu.
EN: I use sterile single-use needles and supplies and vegan inks that meet the EU REACH requirements. The workspace runs under an operating procedure required by Czech public health law. After the session, you get aftercare instructions. Touch-ups are free within 2 months of the session if you followed them. Issues caused by poor aftercare, sun, or injury are fixed at the regular price.
7. Návrhy a fotografie / Designs and photos
CZ: Každý flash návrh tetuji pouze jednou; po vytetování ho už nenabízím. Autorská práva k návrhům zůstávají tatérovi. Klient tetování nosí bez omezení, ale návrh nesmí dát vytetovat jinde, prodávat ho ani tisknout. Hotové tetování můžu vyfotit pro portfolio a sociální sítě jen s vaším souhlasem; obličej bez výslovného souhlasu nezveřejňuji. Souhlas můžete kdykoli odvolat e-mailem.
EN: Each flash design is tattooed only once and is not offered again afterwards. The artist keeps the copyright to all designs. You wear your tattoo freely, but you may not have the design tattooed elsewhere, sell it or print it. I photograph the finished tattoo for my portfolio and social media only with your consent, and never show your face without explicit permission. You can withdraw consent at any time by e-mail.
8. Osobní údaje (GDPR) / Personal data (GDPR)
CZ:
Správcem osobních údajů je tatér (část 1).
Zpracovávám jméno, e-mail, telefon, datum narození, údaje o termínu a platbě a popis tetování, abych mohl rezervaci vyřídit (čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. b GDPR) a splnit účetní a daňové povinnosti (čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. c).
Údaje o zdravotním stavu z formuláře před sezením zpracovávám pouze s vaším výslovným souhlasem (čl. 9 odst. 2 písm. a) a jen kvůli bezpečnému provedení tetování. Formulář uchovávám 3 roky od sezení jako doklad o poučení a souhlasu, pak ho skartuji. Účetní doklady uchovávám po dobu, kterou ukládá zákon.
Fotografie tetování zveřejňuji jen se souhlasem (čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. a), který lze kdykoli odvolat.
Údaje zpracovávají i služby, které používám: rezervační systém Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace), e-mail Google a platební brány. Nikomu je neprodávám.
Máte právo na přístup, opravu, výmaz, omezení zpracování, přenositelnost a vznést námitku. Žádosti posílejte na theartofkazisvet@gmail.com. Stížnost můžete podat Úřadu pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).

The data controller is the artist (section 1).
I process your name, e-mail, phone, date of birth, appointment and payment details and tattoo description to handle your booking (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet accounting and tax duties (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Health information from the pre-session form is processed only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)) and only to tattoo you safely. I keep the form for 3 years after the session as proof of information and consent, then destroy it. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
Photos of your tattoo are published only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Services I use also process your data: the Acuity Scheduling booking system (Squarespace), Google e-mail and payment providers. I never sell your data.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object. Send requests to theartofkazisvet@gmail.com. You can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
9. Reklamace a spory / Complaints and disputes
CZ: Vadu tetování reklamujte e-mailem na theartofkazisvet@gmail.com bez zbytečného odkladu, ideálně s fotografií. Reklamaci vyřídím do 30 dní, obvykle korekcí. Spory, které nevyřešíme dohodou, můžete jako spotřebitel předložit k mimosoudnímu řešení České obchodní inspekci (coi.gov.cz). Podmínky se řídí právem České republiky.
EN: Report any defect by e-mail to theartofkazisvet@gmail.com without undue delay, ideally with a photo. I handle complaints within 30 days, usually with a touch-up. As a consumer, you can bring disputes we cannot settle to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court resolution (coi.gov.cz). These terms are governed by Czech law.
